This Memorial Day weekend join other patriots in the Upstate for the 5th Annual Palmetto Heroes Hike! This event honors South Carolina's fallen military and first responders, while benefitting two local nonprofits that support those who serve us: The Wounded and Recovering Fund and Upstate Warrior Solution. 

Beginning and ending at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, hikers will walk the Swamp Rabbit Trail through the heart of downtown Greenville. This high visability event is an excellent opportunity to promote your business while honoring those who paid the ultimate sacrifice. Our 2025 event garnered over 400 registrants, and we fully anticipate increasing participation this year! 

When: Saturday, May 23, 2026

What: Hike participants can choose between a 6-mile or 12-mile loop on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, stopping together at memorial checkpoints along the route honoring fallen first responders and service members from South Carolina.

Who: Whether you participate in the hike, sponsor the event, or just join for live music and food at the After Party, this event is for the entire community!

$5,000 sponsorships and above include an opportunity to table at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena after party. Please let us know if you plan to have a representative at the event (tables provided).
