Operation Christmas Blessings

Upstate Warrior Solution is proud to offer free Christmas gift assistance to warrior and first responder families who are in need of financial support. In order to be considered, please complete this form and email the following items to your UWS Advocate:

Copy of your last two month's bank statements and credit card statement
Copy of DD-214 or First Responder ID Card

These items are required and your application will not be considered without providing all documents and submitting this application.

If you have been a recipient of two previous Operation Christmas Blessings, you are not eligible for a 3rd year. Please contact your Advocate if you need other assistance.
